Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the car rental services provided by Luxury Inmotion Dubai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year
• For UAE residents: Valid UAE driving license
• For tourists: Valid international driving permit or license from approved countries
• Provide valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport)
• Have a valid credit or debit card for payment and security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements

3. Rental Agreement

3.1 Reservation and Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Rental rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation

3.2 Rental Period

• Minimum rental period is 24 hours
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• Early returns do not qualify for refunds
• Extensions must be approved in advance

3.3 Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required for all rentals
• Deposit amount varies by vehicle category
• Deposit will be held on your credit card
• Refund processing takes 14-21 business days after return

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rented vehicle must NOT be used:

• By anyone other than authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement
• For any illegal purposes or activities
• For racing, speed testing, or any form of competition
• To tow or push other vehicles
• Off-road or on unpaved surfaces (unless specifically permitted)
• Outside the United Arab Emirates without written permission
• When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• To transport hazardous materials
• For commercial purposes (ride-sharing, delivery services)
• To carry more passengers than the vehicle's designed capacity

5. Driver Responsibilities

As the renter, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the vehicle in good condition
• Checking oil, water, and tire pressure regularly
• Locking the vehicle when unattended
• Returning the vehicle with the same fuel level
• Reporting any damage or mechanical issues immediately
• Paying all traffic fines and violations during the rental period
• Not smoking in the vehicle
• Keeping the vehicle clean and tidy

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Basic Insurance Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance with the following conditions:

• Excess/deductible applies in case of damage
• Coverage excludes tires, windscreen, and undercarriage
• Personal belongings are not covered
• Coverage is void if Terms of Service are violated

6.2 Additional Coverage Options

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
• Theft Protection (TP)

6.3 Renter Liability

You are liable for:

• All damage not covered by insurance
• Loss of the vehicle due to negligence
• Towing and recovery costs
• Diminished value of the vehicle
• Administrative fees for accident processing

7. Accidents and Incidents

In case of an accident or incident:

• Ensure safety of all parties involved
• Call emergency services if needed (999)
• Contact our 24/7 hotline immediately
• Do not admit liability or make any agreements
• Obtain police report (mandatory for insurance)
• Take photos of damage and accident scene
• Collect contact information from all parties
• Complete our accident report form

8. Payments and Fees

8.1 Rental Charges

• Daily, weekly, or monthly rates as agreed
• Rates exclude fuel unless specified
• 5% VAT applies to all charges
• Salik (toll) charges are renter's responsibility

8.2 Additional Fees

• Late return: AED 50-200 per hour (depending on vehicle)
• Extra mileage: As per agreement
• Fuel refilling: Cost + AED 50 service charge
• Cleaning fee: AED 150-500 for excessive dirt/odor
• Smoking fee: AED 500
• Lost key: AED 1,000-5,000 (depending on vehicle)
• Traffic fines: Actual cost + AED 50 processing fee
• Airport pickup/drop-off: As agreed

9. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• 50% charge for cancellation within 24-48 hours
• Full charge for cancellation within 24 hours
• No-show results in full charge
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if:

• Terms of Service are violated
• False information was provided
• Vehicle is used improperly
• Payment issues arise
• Driver appears unfit to drive

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Inmotion Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Inmotion Dubai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE
• The arbitration award shall be final and binding

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
